In preparation for the launch of ePerformance in February 2025, Human Resources is facilitating a review of all OneUSG position profiles. The new ePerformance system pulls in the job duties associated with each position so that you can evaluate your employees on their duties; in addition to some other components that are not part of the profile (https://my.gcsu.edu/training-programs/programs - click on ePerformance tab). We have noticed that some profiles have one job duty while others have 10+. To prepare for this launch, you will receive an email from [email protected] with all of your employee's profiles attached for review.
We are requesting that you complete the following:
1. Review the profile and "track changes" in Microsoft Word. We are only accepting updates to current job duties. Requests to reclassify positions are handled separately through [email protected]. We ask that you hold on to any reclassification requests from this point forward until after the launch of ePerformance in February 2025. Certain exceptions will apply for position vacancies. All position profiles should have an "Other" section that is 5% of the role and you should have three to five additional job duty sections.
2. Return the profiles back to [email protected].
3. Submit one survey per position or position type to confirm the following:
Your assistance in reviewing your profiles and sending them back to Human Resources is critical to ensure the profiles are updated in time for the launch of ePerformance.
HR will be facilitating information sessions for managers the week of Nov. 4 to answer any questions associated with profile updates.
