ArcBest Earns Two Quest for Quality Awards

ArcBest^® and our LTL carrier ABF Freight^® each received a 2024 Quest for Quality award by the readers of Logistics Management, recognizing our dedication to providing best-in-class customer service and quality performance. ArcBest was named a winner in the Household Goods & High Value Goods Carriers category for the 3rd year (2024, 2023, 2021), and ABF Freight was named a winner in the National LTL Carriers category for the 8th year (2024, 2023, 2021, 2020, 2019, 2018, 2017, 2015).

Through our innovative service offerings, advanced technology and diverse capacity options, ArcBest serves as that reliable partner. Receiving these Quest for Quality awards once again highlights our focus on delivering excellence with every interaction and meeting our customers' needs for reliability, performance and cost efficiency.

Logistics Management, in collaboration with Peerless Research Group, distributes the annual Quest for Quality survey each year from January to May to qualified shippers. Participants use a five-point scale to evaluate the carriers, 3PLs and U.S. port operators they regularly do business with across all modes and services, scoring them on value, on-time performance, information technology, customer service, equipment, operations, order fulfillment, transportation and distribution, inventory management and logistics information systems. Over 3,500 ballots were cast during the 2024 survey. Winners had to receive at least 5% of the category vote. Learn more about the methodology.
