Dr. Arijit Ganguli is a seasoned healthcare executive with over 20 years of experience in Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR), specializing in oncology and immunology. Currently serving as the Global Executive Director and Global Head of Oncology HEOR at Astellas Pharma, Dr. Ganguli has successfully built and led high-performing teams, driving key global reimbursement milestones and product launches. With deep expertise in developing and executing Global reimbursement strategies, real-world evidence (RWE) plans, and patient-reported outcomes (PRO) initiatives, Dr. Ganguli has significantly contributed to the successful scientific evidence generation initiatives and market access of leading oncology therapies.

Dr. Ganguli holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Health Outcomes and Policy Research from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center, a Master's in Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Marketing and a Bachelor of Pharmacy (BS. Pharmacy) degrees. Additionally, he completed Executive Education in Principles of Strategic Marketing at the Kellogg School of Management. A respected thought leader, Dr. Ganguli has authored over 100 peer-reviewed publications and is an active member of several professional organizations, including the American Society of Clinical Oncology and the International Society of Pharmacoeconomics and Outcomes Research.
