UPDATE - Alameda Street Project Update

CORPUS CHRISTI, TX-On Monday, August 19, Phase 1 of the Alameda Street Project continues with a new traffic control plan. The street reconstruction will result in the closure of the southbound lanes on South Alameda Street from Louisiana Avenue to Hoffman Street.

During this project phase, traffic will be redirected to two-way, single-lane traffic within the northbound lanes.

A detailed map is attached to visually represent the road work and traffic flow adjustments.

The full project's expected completion is February 2026.
