The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates condemns in the strongest terms the ongoing Israeli massacres against Palestinians in Gaza, which have persisted for 420 days, most recently with today's massacre in Beit Lahia. The Ministry denounces Israel's crimes of ethnic cleansing, large-scale demolition of homes and the forced displacement of over two million Palestinians from northern Gaza in a systematic attempt to fragment the territory and impose mass expulsion. It also condemns the Israeli military's attacks on Palestinian towns, cities, and refugee camps, alongside the atrocities inflicted by armed settler militias supported by the Israeli government.
The Ministry affirms that the steadfastness of the Palestinian people will thwart Israel's plans, urging bold international action to compel the Israeli government to immediately end its war of extermination and displacement.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs continues efforts through diplomatic missions to expose Israeli war crimes and hold the international community accountable for failing to stop the genocide and enforce international law. The Ministry urges immediate implementation of UN Security Council Resolution 2735 for a ceasefire, humanitarian aid access, Israeli withdrawal, and Palestine's full sovereignty over Gaza and the West Bank, including East Jerusalem. The Ministry also stresses the need to enforce the UN General Assembly's resolution on the ICJ advisory opinion to end Israel's occupation and settlement as a step toward justice.
