Route Y in St. Francois County Reduced for Roadside Improvements

SIKESTON―Route Y in St. Francois County will be reduced to one lane as contractor crews trim the trees along the roadside.

This section of roadway is located from Route D to Office Road at Goose Creek, Missouri.

Weather permitting, work will take place Friday, Aug. 23 from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m.

The work zone will be marked with signs and flaggers will be present. Motorists are urged to use extreme caution while traveling near the area.
