On July 5, 2024, Michael G. Huebert the Executive Vice President, Sales of Advanced Drainage Systems, Inc. (the "Company") provided notice of his resignation from the Company, effective as of July 19, 2024, in order to pursue an executive position with another company. Mr. Huebert's resignation is not the result of any dispute or disagreement with the Company related to the Company's operations, policies or practices.
