2025 Craft Brewers Conference Call for Seminar Proposals Now Open

The Brewers Association (BA) is now welcoming proposals for educational seminars and researcher presentations at the 2025 Craft Brewers Conference® & BrewExpo America® (CBC®). CBC 2025 will take place in Indianapolis, Indiana on Monday, April 28 through Thursday, May 1.

Deadline: Proposal submissions are due on or before Friday, September 6 at 11:59 p.m. PT.

Seminar and researcher presentation proposals are reviewed and recommended for selection to the BA by the CBC Seminar Subcommittee, a group of BA members selected annually as industry experts in their fields. Prospective speakers are expected to read through the 2025 Submission Details & Guidelines before submitting a proposal.

Areas of Focus and Suggested Topics

The seminar tracks for CBC 2025 will be determined following seminar selection. In the proposal form, submitters will be asked to tag their proposals with relevant "Areas of Focus" based on the proposed seminar content. These Areas of Focus will be used to assign reviewers from the CBC Seminar Subcommittee and to curate final tracks for selected seminars.

The Seminar Subcommittee has created a list of suggested topics associated with the Area of Focus that they would like to prioritize for selection at next year's event. Interested speakers are encouraged to read the full list of Areas of Focus and suggested topics before filling out the proposal application in order to have the best chance of being selected.
