Review the Draft Climate Action Plan

Humboldt County has posted a draft of the Humboldt Regional Climate Action Plan on their website for a 30 day public review period from August 14 - September 13, 2024. There will also be a public meeting on the plan on Sept 10^th at 6 PM at the Wharfinger Building. There was a previous draft Climate Action Plan released in 2022-2023, but this is an entirely new document with a new 2022 greenhouse gas emissions inventory and new emission reduction targets and strategies.
