Change - Change In Corporate Information :: Completion Of Striking Off And Liquidation Subsidiaries

The Board of Directors of BH Global Corporation Limited (the "Company" and, together with its subsidiaries, the "Group") wishes to provide update that further to the Company's announcement (Announcement Reference No. SG240103OTHRNSJ0) on 3 January 2024:-

(i) Genesis Environtech Pte. Ltd. and One BHG Pte. Ltd., being the wholly-owned subsidiaries of the Company incorporated in Singapore, which had made applications to the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority to strike their names off the Register under Section 344A of the Companies Act 1967, had been struck off from the Register on 4 June 2024 and 8 July 2024 respectively; and

(ii) Blue Sky Ecotech, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company incorporated in Taiwan, had been fully liquidated on 8 July 2024.

The striking off and liquidation of the aforesaid subsidiaries are not expected to have any material impact on the consolidated net tangible assets per share or earnings per share of the Group for the current financial year ending 31 December 2024.
