Village of Franklinville - Local Law 5 of 2024 Local Law Amending the Village Zoning Ordinance to Create Three Commercial Districts

Negative Declaration

Cattaraugus County - The Village of Franklinville Village Board of Trustees, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Local Law 5 of 2024 Local Law Amending the Village Zoning Ordinance to Create Three Commercial Districts will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the a proposed amendment of the Village of Franklinville Zoning Ordinance to change the Commercial Zoning Districts from one zoning district to three zoning districts has been enacted to protect the interests of the Village and its residents and property owners. This local law separates the one existing commercial zoning district into three commercial zoning districts based upon existing land use patterns. The project is located in all commercial zoning districts in the Village of Franklinville, New York.
