Washington, DC - U.S. Senator Markwayne Mullen (R-OK) joined U.S. Senator Shelley Moore Capito (R-WV), Ranking Member of the Senate Environment and Public Works (EPW) Committee, and joined 18 of their Senate Republican colleagues in sending a
letter to President Biden asking his administration to reverse course on supporting constraints on manufacturing and the development of target lists that identify chemicals and plastic products to be banned around the world in a potential plastics treaty. The letter was led by U.S. Senator Jim Risch (R-ID), Ranking Member of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee.
