2024 Ballot Measures
On November 5, 2024 registered voting residents will have the opportunity to vote on two (2) ballot measures:

• Measure CC - Urban Growth Boundary Ballot Measure
• Measure DD - Sales Tax Ballot Measure
• Submitting Primary Arguments: The Deadline to submit Primary Arguments against these measures is Friday, August 16, 2024 at 5 p.m. Both a Primary Argument in favor and a Primary Argument against a measure must be submitted for Rebuttal Arguments to be submitted. If this is the case, Rebuttal Arguments are due to the City Clerk's Office no later than Friday, Aug. 23, 2024, at 5 p.m. Arguments and Rebuttal Arguments must be submitted on the Statement of Accuracy Formand the form with original signatures must be submitted to the City Clerk's Office by the deadline. It is also highly encouraged to submit via e-mail a Microsoft Word version of arguments and rebuttal arguments for transmission to the Registrar of Voters. An appointment is required to submit Arguments and Rebuttal Arguments.
