NIRI Names Kevin Walker to 2024 Class of Rising Leaders Under 40

Dollar General is pleased to share that Kevin Walker, vice president of investor relations, has been chosen by NIRI, the association for investor relations, to join its 2024 class of Rising Leaders.

Kevin joined Dollar General in 2010 as a senior staff accountant, holding roles of increasing responsibility before being promoted to his current VP position in 2022. He is responsible for managing Dollar General's relationships with the investment community and helps communicate the Company's earnings, growth benchmarks, and long-term strategy.

In addition to being a member of NIRI, Kevin is a Certified Public Accountant, licensed in the state of Tennessee, and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

NIRI, the largest professional investor relations association in the world, recognizes top talent in the field each year. The Rising Leaders title is given to young professionals who have made significant contributions for their companies and excel within areas of community engagement, leadership, ambition and advancing NIRI's public policy agenda while abiding by NIRI's Code of Ethics.
