NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING AND WAIVER REQUEST COLONIAL CENTER, LP D/B/A GRAND LAKE TOWNE

The Grand River Dam Authority (GRDA) is in receipt of an application to modify the existing permit for Colonial Center, LP d/b/a Grand Lake Towne. The project is located in Mayes County, Oklahoma. The applicant proposes to replace 13 of the existing 10' x 23' boat slips with 13 new 11' X 23' slips. The applicant also requests a waiver for the 1/3 of the cove rule for the proposed modification.

A public meeting is scheduled for Monday, December 16, 2024 at 1:00 PM at GRDA's Ecosystems & Education Center, located at 420 E Hwy 28, Langley OK 74350. GRDA wishes to solicit comments on this proposed project from all interested individuals and businesses. Written comments can be sent to PO Box 70, Langley OK 74350.
