Lincoln Woods Barracks

On Wednesday November 14th at 2:18 PM Troopers arrested Jonathan Weinsten, age 29, of 55 Homestead Avenue, North Smithfield, Rhode Island, for Violation of Domestic Violence Court Order. The arrest was the result of Troopers responding to Sixth Division District Court in the City of Providence and taking custody of Weinsten. Weinsten was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks, arraigned by the Justice of the Peace, and issued a Sixth Division District Court arraignment date.

On Thursday November 15th at 1:23 AM Troopers arrested Joseph V. Britton, age 30, of 274 East Main Street, Apartment 3311, Norton, Massachusetts, for 1.) Driving Under the Influence - BAC Unknown - First Offense, 2.) Obstructing a Police Officer in the Execution of Duty, 3.) Resisting Arrest, and 4.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test - First Offense. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Fountain Street in the City of Pawtucket. Britton was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks, arraigned by the Justice of the Peace, and released to the custody of a responsible adult.

On Thursday November 15th at 2:26 AM Troopers arrested Johnathan J. Sandoval, age 26, of 39 Gould Street, Pawtucket, Rhode Island, for 1.) Driving Under the Influence - BAC Unknown - First Offense and 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test - First Offense. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle crash investigation on Route 95 in the City of Providence. Sandoval was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks, arraigned by the Justice of the Peace, and released to the custody of a responsible adult.
