Negative Declaration

Clinton County - The New York State Energy Research and Development Authority (NYSERDA), as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Generate Capital Solar Farm in the Town of Mooers will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves a proposal by Generate Capital and its affiliate NY Mooers VI, LLC for an estimated 5 MW community solar farm (including access, fencing, utility, and drainage improvements) on an approximate 31 acre portion of an approximate 72.4 acre parcel. The project is located on the westerly side of County Route 11 (297 Boas Road) in the Town of Mooers, New York.
