(1) On December 4, 2024, West Bay Holding LLC purchased Limited Liability Company Units in an aggregate amount equal to $45,000,000 at a yet-to-be determined price per Unit. On December 10, 2024, the Issuer informed West Bay Holding LLC that the applicable price per Unit was $17.4087 per Unit.
(2) West Bay Holding LLC is the direct holder of the securities reflected in this Form 4. Qatar Investment Authority is the ultimate parent of West Bay Holding LLC.
