Private Easement Renewal For Driveway Near MP 37 Elliott Highway - ADL 416785

Subject to AS 38.05.850, the Northern Regional Land Office has received an application for the following:

APPLICANT: Globe Creek Camp, Inc.

PROJECT NAME: ADL 416785

GEOGRAPHIC LOCATION: The proposed access easement is located on the west side of the Elliott Highway near MP 37, north of Fairbanks.

LEGAL DESCRIPTION:

Fairbanks Meridian, Township 5 North, Range 3 West, Sections 10

REQUESTED ACTIVITY: Globe Creek Camp, Inc., has applied to renew a private access easement on state land for an existing driveway that accesses private property. The proposed private non-exclusive easement is approximately 231 feet long by 60 feet wide, encompassing 0.32 acres.

REQUESTED TERM: 20 Years

DEADLINE FOR COMMENTS: December 18, 2024

The public is invited to comment on this activity. The purpose of this notice is to gather input before a decision is made on this activity. To ensure consideration, written comments must be received by the Division of Mining, Land and Water at 3700 Airport Way, Fairbanks, AK 99709 on or before 5:00 p.m. on the date noted above.
