Draft Consolidated Federally Qualified Health Center Services Provider Manual
The South Carolina Department of Health and Human Services (SCDHHS) will publish a consolidated Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) Services Provider Manual Sept. 1, 2024. This updated manual will combine existing policies for covered services, utilization management and billing procedures for FQHC providers that are currently published in the Physicians Services and FQHC Behavioral Health Services Provider Manuals. The new consolidated manual will provide a cohesive, user-friendly reference for providers.

Providers are encouraged to submit feedback about the draft consolidated manual by emailing [email protected] by Aug. 13, 2024.
The consolidated manual will go into effect and be posted on the provider manual page of SCDHHS' website by Sept. 1, 2024.
