Norton Rose Fulbright advises BNP Paribas on real estate acquisition financing for Royal DSM

Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright has advised BNP Paribas on the financing of the acquisition of an office property located in Maastricht.

The property is leased to Royal DSM N.V. (DSM) and will serve as the Dutch health and nutrition company's new global headquarters.

DSM is one of the world's leading manufacturers of vitamins, nutritional ingredients, and food fortification technologies.

The Norton Rose Fulbright team advising BNP Paribas on this financing was led by counsel Jasper Dijkshoorn and included partners Wouter Hertzberger and Geert-Jan van Rijthoven, senior associates Sharon Edoo and Nivard Witte, associates Julia van der Grint and Iris Heins, and counsel Stefanie Walthaus in Amsterdam.
