Miller Hosts Flag and Floor Speech Presentation for Late Raleigh County Commissioner Dave Tolliver

Washington, D.C. - Today, Congresswoman Miller (R-WV) hosted a flag presentation for late Raleigh County Commissioner Dave Tolliver and presented his family with the speech she gave on the House of Representatives floor highlighting Dave's service to his state and nation over the years.

"I was honored to host today's flag presentation for Dave Tolliver. He was an honorable man who served our great nation with pride and was well-known and loved by many in his community. He lived a long life fulfilling many different roles throughout the years and made a positive impact on everyone he met. I was glad to present his family with the speech that I gave in Dave's honor on the House of Representatives floor as a reminder of his many achievements and to express how thankful I am for all that he has done for West Virginia and the United States. My heart and prayers remain with his family during this time," said Congresswoman Miller.
