A MESSAGE FROM THE CHIEF

"Hey Riverside, this is your Police Chief, Larry Gonzalez.

It's time to renew our Strategic Plan for the Riverside Police Department. I've recently instructed my team to begin crafting the next plan, and the first step is to hear from you - our community members, business owners, city partners, and department personnel.

Our Strategic Plan serves as the roadmap to set priorities, enhance operations, adapt to a rapidly changing environment, and take the necessary actions to achieve our goals. These goals have enable us to better serve our community, support professional development, ensure a safe workplace, and build on our past successes.

As we now begin developing our next Strategic Plan, we want to hear from you! Your input is invaluable to us as we assess our strengths, identify areas for improvement, explore opportunities for collaboration, and anticipate future challenges.
