Press Release

On October 5, 2024, State Police of Princetown arrested Jessica Rowell, 49, of Latham, NY, for Grand Larceny in the second degree.

On September 26, at about 12:57 p.m., Troopers received a complaint of a theft. The investigation determined that Rowell had been hired to manage multiple short-term rental properties in Schenectady, NY, from the summer of 2023 until the spring of 2024. During that time, Rowell allegedly withheld more than $50,000 in rental revenue that rightfully belonged to the property owner, resulting in theft.

Rowell was arrested and processed at SP Princetown. She was then transported to the Schenectady County Jail to await arraignment.
