University Hospitals Opens New Urgent Care Location in Avon

AVON, Ohio - University Hospitals (UH) opened a relocated urgent care facility in Avon. In its new location, UH Urgent Care Avon continues to serve patients in the community and reduces their travel time when seeking medical attention. This location is part of the larger plan to deliver healthcare closer to where patients live, shop and work.

UH Urgent Care Avon moved to 36320 Detroit Road, Avon, OH 44011. The relocated urgent care opened August 19. The reimagined clinic is ideally located near the entrance of the Avon Medical Pavilion, next to Jersey Mike's. This location has prime visibility from the road with ample parking to ensure convenient access to high-quality healthcare services, now with on-site X-ray, for Avon and surrounding area residents.

This location, and all UH Urgent Care facilities, are open from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. seven days a week, with special hours on some holidays. This location is equipped with advanced medical technology and staffed by experienced healthcare professionals dedicated to providing compassionate, efficient, and personalized care to patients of all ages.

The new Avon location, now offers convenient on-site X-ray within the urgent care, including lab, EKG, medication dispensing, and more. With the opening of this Avon location, UH Urgent Care now offers 24 locations in Northeast Ohio.
