Weekly Traffic Interruption Advisory

SOUTHEAST GA -Georgia Department of Transportation continues essential road work throughout Southeast Georgia. As a result, work on construction and maintenance projects will continue Saturday, August 31 through Friday, September 6.

Labor Day holiday lane closure restrictions on major State Routes and Interstates will be in place from Friday, August 30 at noon to Tuesday, September 3 at 5 a.m. No road closures or work that restricts or interferes with traffic will be conducted during this time frame.

All work subject to change due to weather or other factors. Motorists are cautioned to reduce their speed while traveling through work zones, pay attention and watch for workers.
