On December 5, 2024, HSBC Holdings plc, the indirect parent company of HSBC USA Inc. (the "Company") announced the completion of the next stage of its previously disclosed plans to simplify its organizational structure. As part of the global reorganization, effective as of January 1, 2025, Lisa McGeough will serve as Chief Executive Officer of the Company.
