On July 7, 2024, State Police of Greenwich arrested Anthony M. Calhoun, 39, of Argyle, NY, for Menacing in the second degree and Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the fourth degree.

On July 7, 2024, at about 4:38 p.m., Troopers responded to the area of Flintlock Way in Argyle, NY, for the reports of a delivery truck driver being menaced with a handgun. The investigation determined Calhoun reportedly stopped the delivery truck operator who was driving on the roadway. During a verbal altercation, Calhoun allegedly threatening the victim and exposing a handgun located in his waistband.

Calhoun was located nearby and taken into custody. The handgun allegedly displayed during the incident was later located and seized. Calhoun was transported to SP Greenwich for processing, where he was issued an appearance ticket returnable to the Argyle Town Court on July 16, 2024, and released.
