A new leasing company launched for trading on BEAM

ELG integrates a digital platform for leasing, purchasing and renting used cars, an application for long-term car rentals, a company for car financial leasing, and a car leasing company that operates in North Macedonia.

ELG placed all offered 5,000 bonds during the IPO held at the end of July, which were even oversubscribed. It is the second bond issue successfully realised in the beam growth market. The company will invest the EUR 5 million raised to upscale its subsidiaries.

Euro-Finance, one of the leading investment intermediaries in the Bulgarian capital market, was the lead manager for the bond issue offering.

During the ring-the-bell ceremony at the Exchange, celebrating the first trading day, BSE executive director Assoc. Prof. Dr Manyu Moravenov welcomed the new company by wishing its owners to exceed their goals for the development and growth of the company.

"I hope you achieve maximum financing through the BEAM market and make a subsequent move to the EuroBridge segment, where your company will be traded alongside the largest European companies. You are opening a new, innovative chapter in your sector, along with all the additional services you provide to your clients, which indicates a strong business model.", added Mr Moravenov.

"Our bond issue is the largest to date on the BEAM market in terms of value, which attests to the good product we structured together with the lead manager and with the assistance of the BSE. The strong interest in the ELG bonds is both a recognition of the attractive fixed yield and a result of our successful business model. The listing on BEAM is only the first step, and we believe that our prospects on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange are promising.", stated Asen Asenov, one of the major shareholders in the company.
