Linklaters announces the return of Pierre-André Destrée as Counsel in the Capital Markets team, bringing with him extensive experience as Head of Corporate Finance and M&A at Crédit Mutuel Arkéa.
Pierre-André began his career at Linklaters in 2007, where he was successively an associate and then Counsel in our Capital Markets team.
With over fifteen years of experience, Pierre-André has gained in-depth knowledge of financial markets and is distinguished by his expertise in banking and prudential regulation, as well as his skills in financial law, particularly in financial and non-financial communication matters. His high level of expertise and his experience within major financial institutions enable him to bring a transversal understanding of key issues to our clients.
He holds a Master 2 in Financial Markets Law from the University of Paris 1 Panthéon Sorbonne and a Business Law Magister from the University Panthéon-Assas.
