The Division of Air Quality, proposes to approve the following requests:

Anschutz Exploration Corporation (F031558, P0039437):

CHAPTER 6, SECTION 2 CONSTRUCTION/MODIFICATION PERMIT - Department of Environmental Quality, Division of Air Quality PUBLIC NOTICE: In accordance with Chapter 6, Section 2(m) of the Wyoming Air Quality Standards and Regulations, notice is hereby given that the State of Wyoming, Department of Environmental Quality, Division of Air Quality, proposes to approve a request by Anschutz Exploration Corporation (CMP000035) to construct and operate a new sweet crude oil and natural gas production facility, known as the Leo PAD (F031558), consisting of the Leo Fed 4372-26-23-1W NH, 2W NH, 4 MH, 4E NH and 4W NH wells, with a vapor recovery unit and a smokeless combustion device to control volatile organic compound and hazardous air pollutant emissions associated with the oil tanks, active produced water tank and vapor recovery tower, located in the SW1/4SE1/4 of Section 26, T43N, R72W, approximately six (6) miles south of Wright, in Campbell County, Wyoming.

For the duration of the public comment period, the permit application, the agency's analysis, and the public notice are available for public inspection online at https://openair.wyo.gov, utilizing facility ID F031558 and permit number P0039437 under permits. This material may also be viewed online, at the above URL, utilizing a public computer at the Campbell County Library, Gillette, Wyoming. Additionally, for the duration of the public comment period a copy of this public notice is available for public inspection at the Campbell County Clerk's Office, Gillette, Wyoming.

CHAPTER 6, SECTION 2 CONSTRUCTION/MODIFICATION PERMIT - Department of Environmental Quality, Division of Air Quality PUBLIC NOTICE: In accordance with Chapter 6, Section 2(m) of the Wyoming Air Quality Standards and Regulations, notice is hereby given that the State of Wyoming, Department of Environmental Quality, Division of Air Quality, proposes to approve a request by Anschutz Exploration Corporation (CMP000035) to modify and operate the Pooch PAD (F031280) with the addition of production and equipment associated with three new wells, the Leia Fed 4271-33-35-8S NH, 16N NH and 16S NH, with a vapor recovery unit and a smokeless combustion device to control volatile organic compound and hazardous air pollutant emissions associated with the oil tanks, active produced water tank and vapor recovery tower, located in the NE1/4NE1/4 of Section 28, T42N, R71W, approximately twelve (12) miles south-southeast of Wright, in Campbell County, Wyoming.
