Monmouth Medical Center Honors Maintenance Team Member as August Employee of the Month

Long Branch, NJ, August 21, 2024 - Maintenance Trade Lead George Ottino, who was praised as a behind-the-scenes hero, has been named Monmouth Medical Center's (MMC) Employee of the Month for August. In nominating George, who joined MMC's Maintenance Department in 2015, Plant Operations' team member Jack Behr had these great things to share:

"With no HVAC Techs on staff at this time, George Ottino, in addition to his regular duties has taken over the huge responsibility of addressing all heating/ air conditioning work orders and repairs. George has been very successful in keeping our patient & staff comfortable during the last four weeks of unpredictable New Jersey weather that has put lots of stress on MMC's heating/air conditioning units. His hardworking excellence in getting the job done makes George one of MMC's 'behind the scenes' heroes that ours entire community needs to know."
