City Hall on the Go (CHOTG) will be in attendance for the Tulsa Dream Center's Back to School Bash on Saturday, August 24, from 10 a.m. - 1 p.m. at the Tulsa Dream Center, 200 W. 46th St. N.
CHOTG is a model that is nationally implemented in many cities to bring City services into various underserved neighborhoods.
