Concrete island being installed at Veterans Memorial and W.S. Young

The City of Killeen's Public Works Transportation Division will installing a concrete island on the Southwest corner of E. Veterans Memorial Boulevard (Bus.190) and South W.S. Young Drive.

The work will result in daily lane closures from 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. through, Tuesday, July 9, weather permitting.

A series of traffic control devices will be in place to guide traffic around the work area. Motorists should anticipate delays and are asked to use caution and obey traffic control devices.
