The contest includes a People's Choice Award. To vote for your favorite submission, visit bit.ly/CFSpookVote through October 25.

Additional prizes for the contest will also include Spookiest, Family-Friendly, and Judge's Choice. Cedar Falls Mayor Danny Laudick alongside several City Council and community members will serve as the judges for the contest. Winners will be announced at the end of October on the City's Facebook page @citycf.
