State Police Arrest Two Individuals Following an Altercation in S...

On August 28, 2024, State Police arrested Jason A. Pasquale,age 38, from Utica, NY, for Forgery in the 2nd degree (class "D" felony), Criminal Mischief 2nd degree (class "D" felony), Criminal Possession Stolen Property 3rd degree (class "D" felony), False Personation (class "B" misdemeanor), False Written Statement (class "A" misdemeanor), and Criminal Possession Controlled Substance 7th degree (class "A" misdemeanor).

Pasquale and Thomas were arrested after the owner of a stolen vehicle and a friend followed the vehicle until the suspect parked it on Millers Grove Road in the town of Schuyler. An altercation ensued between the vehicle owners' friend and Pasquale. Jessica S. Thomas intervened and struck the victim in the face, causing a laceration. The victim was transported to Wynn Hospital for treatment.

Pasquale was arraigned and released to the Fulton County Sheriff's Office on an outstanding warrant.

Troopers also arrested Jessica S. Thomas, age 44, from Little Falls, NY, for Assault 2nd degree (class "D" felony) and released on her own recognizance.
