Eversheds Sutherland advises Arcline-Backed DwyerOmega on its acquisition of Process Sensing Technologies Ltd
Eversheds Sutherland has advised DwyerOmega, a portfolio company of Arcline Investment Management, on its acquisition of Process Sensing Technologies Ltd (PST).
DwyerOmega is a leader in the design and manufacture of innovative sensors and instrumentation solutions for the indoor environmental quality (IEQ), building automation, process and environmental markets.
PST designs, manufactures, and distributes differentiated measurement solutions which analyze and monitor vital process parameters with high precision in mission critical applications and has operations across Europe, North America and Asia.
The acquisition significantly expands DwyerOmega's sensing and instrumentation product offering and strengthens its position in several key end markets and regions.
The Eversheds Sutherland team was led by private equity and M&A Partner, Lizzy Tindall, and private equity and M&A Principal Associate, Chris Archer, who were supported on this multi-jurisdictional transaction by members of the global firm's UK and international teams.
