Public Notice - Special Council Closed Meeting

NOTICE IS GIVEN that a Special Council Closed meeting for the District of North Cowichan will be held on Tuesday, May 7, 2024 at 4:30 p.m. This meeting will be held at the Municipal Hall (7030 Trans-Canada Highway, Duncan, B.C.) in the Large Committee Room to consider a matter that is closed to the public in accordance with the following sections of the Community Charter:

• 90(1)(e) Land + Harm
• 90(1)(g) Litigation (or Potential)

This meeting will be conducted in person. The public is invited to attend to observe the portion of the meeting that is open to the public.

This notice is given as required by Section 127 of the Community Charter.
