Two Arrested After Drug Control Unit Executes Search and Arrest Warrants in Roxbury

Members of the Drug Control Unit obtained an arrest warrant for the body of Aysha Young and her residence on Mt. Pleasant Street in Roxbury. On Friday, May 3, 2024, officers and detectives from the B-2 and C-6 Drug Units responded to Mt. Pleasant Street to execute all the warrants.

On arrival to that location, Aysha Young, 38, of Boston, was placed under arrest by virtue of an arrest warrant for Possession Class B. Officers and Detectives then executed the search warrant and recovered 47 grams of Fentanyl, 4 Suboxone strips, and over $900.00 in United States Currency, along with drug paraphernalia.

Clifton Moore, 60, of Boston arrived to the residence where the search warrant was being executed and was placed under arrest and charged, along with Young, for Trafficking Class A, and Possession with Intent to Distribute Class B.

Both will be arranged in the Roxbury District Court.
