Minister Darragh O’Brien marks the next stage of construction at Respond’s Hole in the Wall Development

17th April 2024: The Minister for Housing, Local Government and Heritage Darragh O'Brien TD today officially marked the next stage of construction for a new social and cost rental housing development of 397 homes at Griffin Point, Hole in the Wall Road, Clongriffin. The homes are delivered by Approved Housing Body and service provider Respond, in partnership with Dublin City Council.

Respond currently has 1,452 homes in construction across Ireland.

Griffin Point will include 397 new lifetime homes for Respond tenants. The site will also include a childcare facility.

Respond now have 4,044 tenants living in 1,667 homes in Dublin.
