SANJOSE will build Phase I of the Nerva Residential Development in Dania, Alicante

Aedas Homes has awarded SANJOSE Constructora the construction of the more than 26,000 square metres of built surface that make up Phase I of the Nerva Residential Development in Denia.

This phase will consist of 68 housing units with 2 to 4 bedrooms (all with terraces) distributed over ground floor plus four floors above ground, 68 parking spaces, 68 storage rooms and the exterior development of the new residential complex, where there is a wall that will be restored and large communal areas, including a swimming pool, social club and gymnasium.
