Ashurst highly commended in Chambers and Partners 2022 Asia Pacific rankings

The Chambers and Partners Asia Pacific Guide rankings cover all of our offices in Asia, Australia and Papua New Guinea. Our operations in Greater China will be covered in a separate guide Chambers guide due for release in early 2022.

In Australia, the firm was ranked Band 1 in 16 practice areas and gained new or higher rankings in three practice areas: Employment (National Leaders), Tax, White-Collar Crime & Corporate Investigations. 19 partners achieved a Band 1 ranking, and the firm was ranked 3rd overall, an increase from 5th last year. Six partners achieved new or improved rankings.

In our Asia region, the Guide recognises 31 individual lawyers and 21 practice areas across nine jurisdictions. Highlights of our recognition in Asia include an improved ranking in seven practice areas: Banking & Finance: International (Japan), Projects & Energy: International (Japan), Banking & Finance: Regulatory (Singapore), Capital Markets: Securitisation & Derivatives: Domestic (Singapore), Investment Funds: International (Singapore), Projects & Infrastructure: International (Singapore) and Corporate/M&A: International Firms (South Korea).
