Summer 2024 Assessing Department Field Inspections

In compliance with the Michigan State Tax Commission, the Assessing Department will conduct annual record card reviews. Starting May 2024, expect field visits and inspections in residential neighborhoods across the City of Fraser on Tuesdays or Thursdays.

Our team will be updating and verifying records, focusing solely on measuring and photographing the exterior of structures. Look out for our Assessing staff, identifiable by their City of Fraser photo identification badges.
