NEW YORK, June 10, 2022 - WTW (NASDAQ: WTW), a leading global advisory, broking and solutions company, announced the appointment of Timothy Pratt as Director, Actuarial Property & Casualty (P&C), in its Insurance Consulting and Technology (ICT) business. In this role, Pratt will be responsible for leading project teams focused on designing and implementing client reserving solutions.
Pratt's experience in both the consulting and insurance industries, aligned with his passion for innovation, collectively bring a unique benefit to WTW's clients as they look to integrate technology and analytics-based solutions. As director, Pratt will lead project teams dedicated to developing and delivering reserve and capital analyses for insurance company clients. Pratt will also play a key role in marketing the growth of this practice area by leading and supporting client project teams in a client relationship management capacity.

Pratt joins WTW with more than 36 years of experience in the insurance industry, all within the actuarial space. His experience includes senior actuarial roles at Liberty Mutual and Deloitte Consulting, where he served as Senior Manager of Actuarial, Risk & Analytics. Pratt received his Bachelor of Economics from Macquarie University in Sydney, Australia.
