Sodexo’s InReach Acquires Legend Food Service

BETHESDA, Md., (May 2, 2024) - Sodexo's InReach, the global foodservice leader's multimarket convenience solution, announces the acquisition of Legend Food Service's Linthicum Heights, MD branch. This addition will strengthen the InReach footprint in the DC, Maryland, and Virginia markets, adding approximately 35 additional employees while offering micro-markets, vending, pantry, office coffee, water, and fresh food.

Legend Food Service was founded in 2017 with one branch in Connecticut and quickly expanded into the Mid-Atlantic region, soon becoming one of the largest providers in the DC, Maryland, and Virginia market.
