Storable Has Acquired Newbook

William Blair acted as the exclusive financial advisor to Storable, Inc. (Storable), a portfolio company of EQT, in connection with its acquisition of Newbook, a portfolio company of Potentia Capital (Potentia). The transaction closed on May 1, 2024.
