PUBLIC NOTICE
ADL 419281
Public Access Easement
Division of Forestry and Fire Protection
May 3, 2024
Subject to AS 38.05.850, the Northern Regional Office has authorized issuance of an easement for the following:
APPLICANT: Division of Forestry and Fire Protection
GEOGRAPHIC LOCATION:
Approximately 20 miles north of Fairbanks, extending 2.5 miles southwest from Himalaya Road.
AUTHORIZED ACTIVITIES: On May 3, 2024, the Department of Natural Resources, Division of Mining Land and Water, issued a decision regarding the casefile under ADL 419281. This decision authorizes a public access easement to upgrade an existing dozerline constructed during the 2011 Hastings Fire.
DNR-DMLW complies with Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990. Individuals with disabilities who may need auxiliary aids, services or special modifications to comment should contact Alaska Relay at 711 or 800-770-8973 for TTY services.
