Tax counsel Andrea Isola joins Norton Rose Fulbright’s Italy practice

Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright has announced the arrival of new tax counsel, Andrea Isola, in its Milan office.

Andrea joins Norton Rose Fulbright from a boutique Italian firm. He has extensive experience in Italian and international tax law and corporate law. In addition to general advisory work and assisting on tax issues related to corporate transactions of all types, he also has experience in tax litigation. The core areas of Andrea's practice include: tax planning, corporate organisation and reorganization and financial reorganisation and extraordinary business transactions. His clients include corporates of all sizes, as well as financial institutions, including insurance companies and private equity funds. Andrea also advises private individuals on trust and estate tax structuring, inheritance issues and emigration and family investments.
